Role Overview

Pluid is looking for someone to be the voice of our company to spearhead our brand's digital presence. The role is a unique blend of understanding the Web3 industry at a fluent level, and also knowing how to funnel users to an end platform through marketing campaigns.

Your primary KPI will be based on social media metrics and conversion to our site.

Details

You’ll be managing our relevant social media channels for Pluid and building a growth strategy through partnerships and marketing initiatives. The core of the position is around social media management but your role will be more general as a lead to funnel users to our platform, and making our supporters/clients feel at home using our product/service.

You should be experienced in the Web3 industry to the point where you understand everything happening, and can fluently shitpost. As you join our lean team and handle the social media/community portion of Pluid — you will report directly to me and have a say in brand strategy on product launches and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• You understand Crypto/NFT Twitter like it’s the back of your hand
• You have experience in social media management & marketing
• You have experience as a lead with control over a brand’s digital presence
• You understand how to use posts as funnels for an end goal like conversion to a site
• You understand how to use data to analyze marketing initiatives
• You are aligned with the company vision and want to see it grow
• Bonus: You have a social media presence already and are building your own brand

Compensation

The compensation for this role includes a market-aligned base salary, reflective of industry standards in your region, coupled with a great equity offering.
